Please arrive with clean lashes and eye area, free of mascara, eyeliner, oils and heavy eye makeup. Arriving with clean lashes allows your artist to spend your appointment creating your set rather than removing makeup or buildup.

D.Sierra full sets are scheduled for approximately 90 minutes. Your artist will use that time to assess your natural lashes, discuss your desired look and create a customized lash set.

You may book a Foreign Fill. Your D.Sierra artist will assess the existing extensions to determine whether they can be safely worked with. If the current set cannot be filled safely or cleanly, removal and a new full set may be recommended.

Classic creates a refined, defined look. Hybrid combines classic and volume techniques for added texture and fullness. Volume uses lightweight fans to create a softer, fuller finish. Your artist can help you choose the technique that best complements your natural lashes and desired result.

Mega Volume is designed for clients who want maximum fullness and a more dramatic lash line. Ultra-lightweight fans are used to build a bold, dense look while still being customized to the natural lashes.

Wispy sets use strategic lengths and textured placement to create a soft, dimensional, spiked effect. The final look can be customized from soft and airy to fuller and more glamorous.

Yes. Keeping your lashes clean is an important part of proper aftercare. Follow the aftercare instructions provided by your artist and cleanse your lash line regularly with an extension-safe cleanser.

Use a cleanser formulated for eyelash extensions and gently cleanse around the lash line to remove makeup, oil and daily buildup. Rinse thoroughly, allow the lashes to dry and gently brush them into place with a clean lash wand.

Yes, but avoid products that leave heavy oil or residue around the lash line. Be gentle when removing eye makeup and avoid rubbing, pulling or picking at the extensions.

Many clients maintain their lashes with fills every two to three weeks, although timing varies based on natural lash growth, lifestyle, aftercare and personal preference.

Your natural lashes continuously grow and shed as part of their normal cycle. Because an extension is attached to an individual natural lash, the extension will shed along with that lash.

Natural lash cycles, skincare and makeup products, cleansing habits, sleeping habits, heat, humidity and lifestyle can all influence retention. Consistent aftercare and regularly scheduled fills help keep your set looking its best.

Proper application matters. Extensions should be selected and applied according to the condition and strength of the natural lashes. Avoid picking or pulling at the extensions and follow your artist's aftercare instructions.
